“Horrible never again”

The staff was extremely rude, knocking on my door at 11pm while my grandson was sleeping, and they kept insisting on a $20 daily deposit for my pet—an absurd demand. They never cleaned the room properly: no new sheets, no fresh towels, and the overall cleanliness was lacking. They overcharged me daily for the pet, starting at $100 a night and then increasing to $120 once they noticed I was staying extra nights, plus the double bed fee and the pet fee. If you’re bringing a pet, watch out for their price hikes.

“Decent stay and good value for a budget option”

The place is affordable and reasonable for a short stay, though breakfast isn’t included with the room I booked. It’s in a convenient spot for exploring the area and you can get to BART quickly by a short Uber or rideshare. Check‑in was straightforward, and the staff were helpful. The room was decent and functional for the price, making it a solid choice for budget travelers. However, the property and furnishings feel a bit dated, some linens look worn, and a few areas could use a refresh. The staff could be warmer, and the limited amenities are expected for a budget inn.

“Great idea for short term stay and only for sleeping.”

The price is reasonable and the staff are friendly and helpful. The room feels old and has a musty smell. The lock is hard to operate and the AC button is broken, but the air conditioning still works fine.

We appreciated that there were no stairs to navigate and that we could park right next to our room.
