The location worked well for our family trip, but the beds are quite soft and uncomfortable, so the $80 room for a night in low season isn’t good value. The shower head had an issue and would shift when turned on (rain shower). It’s a shame we didn’t get to experience the good parts of the place because it was almost fully booked.

Caution when booking: we were given a worse room than what we had booked, only one bed instead of two, and the man at reception was unfriendly, offered no solution, and blamed us for the mistake. The photos we saw during booking were generic and not binding; the description of a double bed, a single bed, and a sofa bed was also not guaranteed. In short, we were booked into a room with one bed short of what we paid for, without compensation, which feels like fraud.

The place is lovely, the staff are fantastic, the food is great, and the location is perfect. Nothing negative.

Clean, comfortable, and friendly. The staff were cheerful and helpful. The value for money is definitely very good. We had a pleasant stay and recommend it.
