Anything. The place had a bad smell.
I was happy with the location right next to the subway, but the bedroom felt cramped as expected in HK. The toughest part was navigating down the stairs to the Indian section, yet the price and proximity to the convention centre made it worthwhile. I never felt unsafe or uneasy, even traveling alone.
The experience was disappointing. The room I booked as a deluxe did not match the pictures, and I left before finishing my stay because it was uncomfortable.
The location is good. There was mold in the air, no towels, no toilet paper, no space, and the staff were very slow.

I appreciated the staff, especially Miss KC, who is fantastic and will give you exactly what you need, always polite and kind. The elevator in the building is always crowded and busy.
