Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The location is good, but the room condition needs improvement. The room smells moldy, especially the bathroom; the sink is plugged, the shower head is broken, and you can’t take a shower without physically holding it. If you are a light sleeper, that window definitely doesn’t help much.

The staff are very excellent, but the place is a bit old.

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Hôtel Champs‑Élysées! The hotel is beautifully located in the heart of Paris, close to the famous Champs‑Élysées and Arc de Triomphe. The atmosphere was elegant, comfortable, and welcoming. The staff were very friendly, professional, and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect for exploring Paris, shopping, and sightseeing. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would definitely love to stay here again! Nothing in particular was wrong—everything was lovely, and we truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you to the entire hotel team for the wonderful hospitality!

The place was terrible and the service was awful. The room had no air‑conditioning.
