Cancelled my booking without any notice, leaving me scrambling to find another place at 10:00pm

The location and the staff was wonderful. Carpets were very dirty, the tile was all broke in front of the bathroom sink and toilet. The coffee pot was dirty as well. The lights in the bathroom flickered. The room didn't look as bright as nice as the photos

“Disappointed, the pictures were old and it wasn’t fresh and clean feeling. Late night staff were irritated that we check”

Location to the festival we were attending. Dirty outdoor hallways, room smelled of musty old dirty carpet or mold somewhere. Small Cockroaches I saw and killed 2

“Good for an overnight stay but don’t recommend if you decide to spend the whole day in there.”

This place doesn't offer breakfast. The room was dirty and had many bugs. Everything else was fine except the bathroom door, which didn't close properly.
