I had stayed at this place 3-4 times before without any issues; one night after returning from Turkey, I checked in around 12, and the guests in the adjacent room were very disturbing. I messaged the staff that night saying I couldn't sleep, but they never replied, and I also complained about the neighboring guests; when I learned that the staff had blacklisted me for the last reservation, I found them rude.

The studio was wonderful, fully equipped with all comforts and impeccably decorated. The girl who hosted us was extremely kind and hospitable, gave us great advice on all the places to visit, and was 100% available—absolutely recommend it! Nothing was missing; everything was perfect.
