The room was fairly clean and had air conditioning. However, there were flies inside.

We stayed there and it was super beautiful and comfy; we even extended our AI stay in Hurghada for two extra days. The location is ridiculously great. Thanks a ton to Hagag, especially Mahmoud, who fulfilled every wish more than we expected. A thousand thanks. There was nothing to complain about, absolutely nothing!!

We really liked the friendliness, hospitality, and smiles from Ahmed and Adam. Even though they only spoke Arabic, we understood each other easily. The pool and terraces are very enjoyable. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The spot is quiet and close to restaurants. The owner wasn’t there, so we got to tour the neighbors or friends? It was interesting but a bit intrusive. Was it kindness or interest? We were taken to see the alabaster shop, an experience that feels like a true “tourist trap,” with sky‑high prices, and the shop staff are very pushy.

My Luxor trip was amazing. Mr Morsy was very kind from the first moment and helped with everything I wanted. He arranged trips for me at a fair price. The West Bank is very close to the Valley of the Kings, Medinet Habu, Ramesseum, Deir el Medina, Hatsepsut temple, and the morning balloons. The breakfast was the best I’ve tried in Egypt. The rooms are very large with a comfortable bed and pillow. The window has a net, which is very important. A/C is in the room and works well. All rooms are new, not old furnished. Ahmed and Mahmoud are very kind; I felt like a queen. The pool is good in hot weather. From the roof you can see the Nile and Luxor temple. Thank you for the warm hospitality; I will come back because I feel at home here. 🙏 Everything

Great place. The owner, Hadaq, helped me buy a SIM card. The rooms are large, spacious, with new furniture and bedding. You should warn that many of the offered drinks and services cost money, and that “just because we’re a family” isn’t a reason. Service standards vary by country.
