“Excellent service, great location and very reasonably priced”
I had a really good stay and would definitely return; the service level and overall accommodation were outstanding, with no pressure for upfront payment and the flexibility to pay whenever convenient over several days. Breakfast was available until 11:30 am, yet they happily arranged it for me even if I requested it later. They also helped order Foodpanda and added it to my bill for later payment, which was very convenient. Shamraiz provided great service throughout. The food was good, everyone was helpful, and nothing seemed like too much trouble. The location is brilliant for getting around. I had pre‑booked a hire car before arriving, but later learned the hotel arranges cars themselves at very reasonable prices, which I might use next time. Overall, excellent hospitality, great value, and a very comfortable experience; I would definitely stay here again and recommend it.
