The suite was a mistake in the booking. Contact was very difficult and there was no willingness to cancel or accommodate despite the evidence provided.

The spot is spot on, right in the old town centre, almost next to every historic attraction in the Citadel. It’s super quiet. The place has all the basic stuff – in the room, in the kitchen, and in the shared courtyard. The maintenance lady was very friendly and helpful. We liked how well the bathroom in the room worked; we also appreciated that the hotel kept its own character. The only downside was that the room felt a little cramped for a medium‑to‑long stay.

I didn’t like room number 1 at all. It was very claustrophobic and windowless, with very little natural light. There was only one door that opened directly onto the street, which for safety and privacy reasons should not be opened. Also, the room was not clean. I asked for a room change or a solution, but our request was ignored.
