Great spot, right next to a metro line and surrounded by shops and eateries. No iron – quite basic. No hand soap or shower gel. The plumbing was odd; every now and then the toilet tank made a noise like someone was trying to break through the wall with a chainsaw. The walls were thin enough that you could hear the next room’s bathroom. The bed was springy and uncomfortable. After spending time in Rome and Florence, this was the worst in terms of comfort and basic facilities.

Excellent location, well served by public transport. The room is welcoming with a refrigerator.

The room was clean, spacious, and the bathroom was tidy; the metro and buses were right at the doorstep, and even without on‑site staff the team responded quickly and handled check‑in smoothly. The only downside was that the main attractions and many restaurants were a bit far.
