Las Alcobas, a Luxury Collection Hotel, sits in Polanco’s lush gardens, a stone’s throw from Lincoln Park. Its spacious, air‑conditioned rooms feature contemporary décor, flat‑screen TVs, minibars, and hydromassage baths. Guests dine at Anatol’s farm‑to‑table menu or Dulce Patria’s Mexican cuisine, while the Aurora Spa offers natural, local‑ingredient treatments. Nearby Chapultepec Forest, the National Archaeology Museum, and Paseo de la Reforma are a five‑minute drive, and the airport lies 18 km away.

Un hotel muy acogedor con excelente atención

Las Alcobas sits right in the heart of Polanco, making it ideal for walking, dining, and exploring; the location alone is a huge advantage. The staff were super friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay, always making us feel welcome. The room was very modern and high‑tech, with smart design and great attention to detail. While it was a bit smaller than expected compared to other Polanco hotels, it was comfortable and did the job perfectly. The only small hiccup was breakfast: our booking included it, but it was initially limited to pastries only. After we mentioned it, the team immediately upgraded us to a full breakfast, which we really appreciated and shows their commitment to guest satisfaction. Overall, a wonderful experience and a hotel we would happily return to. Highly recommended.

The location is great and service is very good, but it can get a little noisy.

The staff were great, breakfast was excellent, the room was large and comfortable, the bathroom was spacious with a tub, and there were many excellent dining options nearby; I also enjoyed a great massage at the spa. However, there was some street noise and music on a Thursday that went on until 4 a.m.
