The room size and location were fine for exploring Rome, but it was dirty, super noisy, there was nothing for the jacuzzi (the foam froze), no drinking water, breakfast was just coffee and a croissant, which wasn’t mentioned on the site.

The sink’s siphon made it hard to drain water, there was no soap holder in the shower, the sheets weren’t perfectly clean, and there was cobwebs on the ceiling light.

I was in a very convenient area, so moving around was easy. The shower didn’t work, the sink clogged whenever I opened the tap, and the TV kept showing a double image when I turned it on.
