The location was excellent, very close to both the center and the beach, with many nearby restaurants; the room was clean and modern, and communication with the owner was very good, as she was especially friendly and attentive.

We felt great at Nian, it was exactly the type of place ideal for a few days by the sea; it’s very well situated, close to cafés, restaurants and the beach, perfect for exploring the area on foot. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had everything you need for a weekend getaway. What I liked most was how dog‑friendly the place was—our pup was welcomed with treats and enthusiasm that made us feel right at home. Definitely a spot we’d return to for a seaside weekend.
