“I loved the cozy room size and large picture window. I felt very at home and safe.”

The location was fantastic—just a walk to downtown restaurants, in a lovely residential area overlooking St. Patrick’s. I loved the common areas, which were great for working, and the staff were helpful, friendly, and efficient.

“Disappointing, with unhelpful staff , and an unpleasant first-floor”

I am writing to share my feedback regarding my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was entirely underwhelming, and I left feeling highly disappointed. During my stay, I found nothing impressive or exciting about the property or the service. Specifically, I was unhappy with the following: • The Staff: The service did not meet the standard expected of a hospitable hotel. • The Location & Room: I was placed on the first floor, which offered a very poor, unpleasant view. • Overall Comfort: The general stay and atmosphere did not live up to expectations. When guests travel, they hope for a welcoming environment and a comfortable stay, neither of which was provided. I was deeply disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. Absolutely nothing about the experience was impressive or exciting. What went wrong: • Terrible View: I was placed on the first floor, and the view from the room was incredibly poor and depressing. • Underwhelming Staff: The customer service and staff attitude were completely lacking and did not feel welcoming. • Disappointing Location & Stay: The overall accommodation and location failed to meet basic expectations for a comfortable trip

“Interesting concept, especially if some bugs are worked out and small rooms accurately described.”

Overall, the stay was good, but the room description could have been more detailed. One side of the bed faced a well, so if a couple stayed, the person on the wall side had to climb over the other to exit. It’s fine for a single, not ideal for a pair. Controlling the room with an iPad was novel but buggy; turning the TV on and off often failed, and Chromecast worked inconsistently. The bed was comfortable but poorly positioned against the wall, and the room only had one chair, which doubled as extra seating for couples. The lobby’s public spaces were inviting and comfortable, a nice spot to spend time given the room’s small size.
