Vinum Hotel

🇬🇧We had a wonderful stay at Vinum Hotel! The room was spacious, very clean, and had a lovely view of the courtyard and pool. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and they made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The area was also very quiet and peaceful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!

Unfortunately, our stay at the hotel was disappointing: the room refrigerator didn’t work, so we had to take our drinks to reception, where they kept them cold for us; the pillows were uncomfortable and the bed was not comfortable, so sleep was unpleasant; the hotel’s location is inconvenient for those who want to be near the center, as it’s relatively far from the center and the nearby area has almost no shops or useful places; the metro station is about a 15‑minute walk away.

The rooms are cozy, and the staff are responsive and eager to please, quickly addressing requests. The bed is pleasant and comfortable, and towels are changed daily. The outdoor area is nice, though the poolside loungers are plastic and don’t match the description, but that’s fine. Clean towels for the pool are provided every day. We used the lunch area by the pool actively and found it all comfortable. The room‑service bar didn’t work; we booked three rooms but only one bar was barely functioning. We asked for a vase for flowers, but they said they have none and that people often ask about it; we had to put a bouquet in the trash bin because nothing suitable was available.
