“Thank you for everything”
The location and cleanliness were good, but I felt the staff could focus more. I checked in late and received no greeting, which felt unwelcoming. The next morning, breakfast was fine and the hostess was present, but when I approached the table no one came to serve me. I had to call the server to place an order, and after delivery she left without clearing the extra plate or asking if I needed anything else. The team could use more training or attention.
