The location is quite convenient for reaching the local beach—about 10 minutes on foot, with markets and restaurants nearby. The sheets and towels were dirty, and when we asked for a change, the receptionist seemed almost annoyed by our request.

The room was clean and pleasant, but there weren't enough cabinets. The number of toothbrushes was low, which is almost a universal issue. The fridge was great. There were no glasses or cutlery, but since the room was already rented, it wasn’t a big deal, though it would have been nice. The reception staff were very friendly.

The rooms are cleaned daily and the linens are changed. The location is excellent, close to the center yet in a quiet street. The central air‑conditioning is fantastic, especially since we were in Ksamil during a 40‑degree day. It might be useful to put at least a few glasses in the rooms. Also, the mini‑fridge could be a bit larger; it barely fits a single bottle and a water bottle.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel! A special thank you to Erisa at the reception, who greeted us with so much warmth, kindness, and professionalism. She was incredibly friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome from the very beginning. Her hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. It’s truly a pleasure to meet such positive and professional people. Erisa is definitely a great asset to the hotel! We would highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again. Thank you for such a wonderful experience! ❤️
