The room was totally cramped and it was hard to get past the bed to reach the toilet or shower; it felt almost suffocating. It was also not clean, as the previous guests’ “trash” was still on the floor.

The bed was comfortable, but the hotel was the worst ever. It’s surrounded by a fuel station, a casino and some industrial buildings. The room was tiny, there was no toilet paper, and the shower drain was so clogged that water overflowed out of the shower area and flooded the whole room; the shower door was broken. The room was extremely hot even though it wasn’t hot outside, and the only way to cool it was to open the window, which made it too noisy. There was no staff to resolve the issues or offer another room.
