The place was quiet, but the room is a bit small.

The staff were super helpful and friendly, and they moved us to a new room after we had a lot of trouble with the first one. We had booked a non‑smoking room, yet it smelled like smoke and felt very dated. The TV wasn’t included, the room wasn’t clean, the bed was shoved against the wall, and the noise level was high with kids screaming in the hallway. After we asked for a change, the team gave us a much nicer room that didn’t have a smoke smell and the TV was free to use. If we hadn’t been moved, we’d have chosen a different hotel. It definitely isn’t a 5‑star experience.

Very clean and tidy. No complaints.

The superior floor rooms feature U.S. style coil mattresses, a thick box‑pillow topper, and foam pillows—rare in Japan even at top hotels—and they were super comfy. Service was excellent. The location is unbeatable in Nagoya, right in a lively area near Sakae station, surrounded by top attractions, department stores, multi‑floor entertainment buildings, restaurants, and highway access. The rooms are above the noise, offering a wide view of the city, and the lobby is beautiful. I can’t wait to stay again.
