Beach access. First, the reception is terrible; customer service is absolutely below par. The breakfast is pathetic—claimed to be an English breakfast but it’s not worth the money in either quality or quantity. I even paid extra to get the kind of breakfast I wanted. The waiters can’t serve the exact order you request. Very absurd.

The location was good and the beach was easily accessible.

The location was beachfront, with immediate beach access, a hotel restaurant, and good for those who love crowded beach areas. Unfortunately, a beachfront could not compensate for the bad experience. No room facilities, poor customer service both at the restaurant and accommodation. That may be why the hotel asks for payment in advance before the guest gets the experience.
