The price/quality ratio is unbeatable; I paid about 15 USD per night and received a triple room with an extra couch and breakfast included. The location is great, with Thamel just a 5‑minute walk away. The room had heating (along with AC) so I never felt cold, and everything was clean enough. Despite a few flaws, my overall impression was positive and pleasant. The lady at check‑in was very apathetic, giving me a slightly bitter first impression, though the rest of the staff were fine. Breakfast isn’t an extra, but it’s good enough to start your day. Hot water only lasts a short time; after 3‑4 minutes it gets cold again, probably because the boiler is too small. Wi‑Fi is horrible, and the windows are thin enough that you can hear all the outside noise.
