If you're asking me to answer this as a review based on international hotel standards, I'd say: Yes, but only partially. 12th Avenue meets expectations for a comfortable mid-range/boutique-style hotel: the atmosphere, space, outdoor areas, pool, location and general comfort are consistent with what I would expect from that segment. However, if my expectation were an international 4–5-star luxury experience, it would fall short in areas such as: consistency of room maintenance sophistication of interiors and finishes personalized service premium dining breadth of luxury amenities attention to small details Overall: It meets expectations for what it is designed to be, but I would not expect a five-star luxury experience from it
