“Cosy accommodation”
I enjoyed the cozy, tree‑lined setting and found the food very tasty, but it would have been better to disembark at Prantik station instead of the train.
The room wasn’t well maintained, insects were present, and the towels were dirty.
I didn’t stay, but the behaviour was unacceptable.
The location was fine and the staff were helpful, yet the room didn’t match the price paid.

Everyone on the staff was helpful and professional, the food was delicious, and we liked the overall atmosphere, but the room lacked an electric kettle, so we had to ask for warm water.
