“Hotel decadente”
The location is good, but the maintenance is poor with broken cabinets and mold; there’s mold in the bathroom and a lot of mildew.

The service and location were great, but there was no shower and the air‑conditioning made noise.

The parking is free, but the room was tiny and old, and the bathroom was awful; the building clearly needs renovation. The breakfast was excellent, yet the dinner was weak, and the Wi‑Fi was difficult to connect to and slow.

We arrived at the hotel at 12 h and, as we had done before, asked the receptionist Lucas if we could check in early because I’d had surgery at the nearby hospital and needed rest. He said the room was ready but we’d have to pay a fee of R$ 120,00 for early entry, which surprised me since in the previous three visits we’d checked in early for free. When we returned at 15 h to check in, the same Lucas told us the booked room had a sofa‑bed and asked if we wanted to stay there or switch rooms. I explained that I’d paid extra for a king‑size bed because of its size, but he claimed there were no larger beds in the hotel and all were the same, which made me even more upset because the hotel’s website shows different bed options with different prices. In the end we were moved to another room that had no sofa‑bed and no larger bed we’d chosen and paid for. I was very disappointed with the whole situation, especially since we’ve stayed here before and always had positive experiences. This time, besides the early‑check‑in fee, we didn’t receive the accommodation we had selected. I want to know why the website charges a different rate for the king‑size bed when, according to Lucas, all beds are the same, and I also want an explanation for the R$ 120,00 early‑check‑in fee, given that the previous three times it was free. I hope management reviews the incident and provides clarification, as it’s important that the information given to guests is clear and that contracted services are actually delivered.
