Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The property was very clean and very good value for money. The rooms were comfortable and very stylish. My stay included breakfast, which was really good. The staff Luka and Shelly were more than helpful if I ever needed anything. I will definitely be booking again. The bar wasn’t open, but that is due to refurb.

The staff, hotel and location were great, and there was a lovely breakfast in the morning. The only thing that let it down was that the bar was closed and there was no notification of this before or after booking, and we were not informed until arrival. The fact it had a bar was part of the reason we picked it, but I can’t fault everything else.

The rooms were spotless and the staff were welcoming, but the noise from other guests made it a bit disruptive.

Clean and comfortable!!

The breakfast was tasty and the location was ideal for Pleasure Beach, set on a pleasant street in a tidy part of town away from the loud areas yet close to the beach, trams, and South Pier, making it family‑friendly. The bar area felt a bit bright, stark and uninviting; a refurbishment with softer lighting, upholstery, and a more modular, partitioned seating layout would help, and additional parking would be appreciated, though the breakfast room itself was nice.
