Good value for money, helpful staff (Abulkhair). Be mindful that as this is at the top of the ski resort, you will need to keep an eye on lift timings as they close 1 hr before the listed closing time

Very dirty, no toilet for shower, linen no wash.

This was a unique experience. We stayed 5 days and I gave the maximum rating because all the inconveniences—like the lack of water and the fact that the toilet had no water—felt infinitesimal compared to the impressions of staying at 3200 m in a national yurt. In general, nothing matters when you wake up to fresh velvet and ride down an empty mountain. All the reviews about it being dirty and uncomfortable are just a misunderstanding of where people were going. Yes, the yurt was old, yes you can’t wash, but we were prepared for that, so no complaints. I even heated water a couple of times and washed my head. The staff were wonderful and responsive. The views were insane. At night the yurt was warm, so I recommend bringing your own bedding or sleeping bag inserts.

The staff were really friendly and the location is just mind‑blowing and speechless. Staying in a yurt was such a cool experience, and it was very warm. The toilet facilities could be improved and there was no shower. Also, you have to arrive before 4:30 pm—because you need to catch the Shymbulak Gondola to reach the top.

The view from the top floor was amazing, especially the stars I saw after waking up at 5 am. However, compared to other hotels at the same level, the basic bathroom and plumbing were terrible, making it uncomfortable. If this couldn’t be fixed, the staff should have warned us properly, but the reservation agent gave us incorrect information. There was no toilet and no hand‑drying facilities; everything had to be handled in nature 🙈
