The bedroom was the biggest I've seen in Japan, and for such a reasonable price it felt more like an American room. I wish I had stayed earlier because packing would have been easier. The hotel itself is gorgeous; the rooftop onsen was clean and I got in before anyone else, which was very tranquil. I went to the outdoor onsen in the rain and it was lovely. The breakfast was my favorite of all the places I stayed; the pancake machine, Sapporo specialties, and fruit were all amazing. My favorite hotel, hands down. Some people might not like that it's about a 15‑20 min walk to the station. I called a taxi to take me to the JR side (just be sure to tell the driver you want the JR side if you're taking a JR instead of a local train).

The bath was great. It would have been nice to have ice or a vending machine after showering.

The room was clean, cute, and stylish, and the large bath was a bonus. Breakfast was tasty, and there was plenty of space to relax. The only downside was that it was a short walk from the station.
