The room was completely bare—no shower gel, no disposable slippers, no iron, no kettle. The front desk only handed us a kettle and an iron, and they took them back almost immediately. For the price, shouldn’t they at least provide shower gel and slippers? The plumbing and sink worked poorly, and the room felt cold.
