The location is very convenient. The cleaning was rough. The fridge wasn’t cleaned properly and the carpets obviously weren’t sanitized.

I booked through Booking at a confirmed price that was clearly visible when I made the reservation. Later, the hotel contacted me directly and claimed that Booking had made a mistake, saying the correct rate should be €15 higher. I pointed out that since my booking was already confirmed, it was unfair to demand a price increase, and I insisted on keeping the original rate. The hotel refused to compromise and kept insisting on applying a different price. Eventually, I had to cancel the booking myself because I would not accept a unilateral change to the terms already agreed upon. The staff’s response was unprofessional and opaque, especially since the issue stemmed from an alleged error between the hotel and Booking, not from me. I believe it is wrong to treat a confirmed reservation this way, leaving the guest in trouble and forcing them to give up due to a mistake that isn’t theirs. Overall, a negative experience handled in a very unprofessional manner. I expected more honesty and willingness to honor what was booked.

The place is spacious and right in the main square. The downside is the noise from the bar downstairs—you can hear it until very late, so I had to use earplugs to sleep. Breakfast included three coffee capsules (one of them was milk), a bottle of water, a small pack of cookies, and a small cake.
