My room faced the marina and had a large balcony that would have been great on a sunny day; it was spacious and stocked with the usual amenities—TV, hairdryer, tea/coffee maker, cartons of water, and even a floor‑standing fan if needed. Check‑in was friendly and efficient, dinner at the bar was good, and everyone on staff was friendly and attentive. The guest Wi‑Fi worked perfectly for my phone. However, having to pay an extra fee for green tea or a cappuccino at breakfast didn’t sit well, especially after paying €170 that included breakfast for two when I was the only guest. That ruined the experience for me. No one was at the desk when I checked out around 10‑10:30.

We appreciated the quiet location and the lovely river and marina view. All the staff were welcoming and friendly, and the food was excellent—our stay in higher‑star hotels hasn’t matched this quality.
