The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we found the pool very nice. The hotel is a bit old‑fashioned.

Breakfast had a nice variety. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The bar was nice and the grounds were lovely to relax on, plus there were three on‑site restaurants. The location was a little away from the center of Chiang Mai.

Everything was great. Breakfast was à la carte with no limits, and everything we tried was delicious. One evening we dined at the hotel’s Italian restaurant, and without much wait it wowed us; everything was superb. The bed was very comfortable. The pool was a dream come true. The staff were very friendly. There’s transportation at certain times that brings you close to Chiang Mai at no cost. It’s a half‑hour drive from the city, which is good if you want peace and to be closer to nature, like we did. If you’re after a central hotel with lots of services and shops around, this isn’t it. Nothing was wrong – it was exactly what we expected.

Very beautiful. It’s far from the city and the services.

At breakfast, at least one staff member tried to accommodate our requests, and we were able to switch rooms because of the airplane noise. The shuttle to the city and the large pool were positives, though the pool floor was painful in some spots. The hotel feels very old, the rooms are dark and worn out, the breakfast is limited, and the usual Thai hospitality felt forced. The airplane noise was already quite unpleasant, so overall it’s definitely not a 5‑star hotel.
