The staff were exceptionally friendly and listened to every question I had. I was traveling solo for a birthday and they were great. The room was nice; I upgraded to the queen room and it was perfect. They left a personalized note and chocolates. It was very comfortable and clean. I’ll definitely return!

The location was good. Extra charges appeared on my credit card without my knowledge or consent, and they were removed four days after I checked out.

Very nice stay, thank you. The bar prices were high.

The location was great, the bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom was perfect. Reception staff were a bit inconsistent; we overheard another staff member giving information about Wi‑Fi, breakfast, and the coffee house to other guests that we weren’t told at check‑in.

The restaurant is beautiful and the variety of breakfast options is very impressive. Staff were friendly and prompt. The room was exceptionally decorated and could not have been cleaner. A separate bath would have added extra luxury. A machine‑like noise kept me somewhat awake. Otherwise it was a very pleasant stay and I’m bringing my partner next time to share the experience.
