“Staff were nice and friendly. Hotel was in a great location. Hotel was nice overall.”
The location was convenient. The bathroom needs a little work. But, it was clean
“We didn’t stay. We checked out because of how bad of an experience we had.”
The location was fine. I did not like how disgusting the rooms were; they were so disgusting that we checked out and did not stay. Stains on sheets, hair in the bed and bed bugs.

I was pleasantly surprised by the helpfulness of the staff, who went out of their way to assist me. Additionally, the parking was convenient and the breakfast was delicious. However, our initial room had a malfunctioning heating unit, which forced us to change rooms mid-unpacking. To make matters worse, our suite didn't come with the necessary linens for the pull-out sofa, and when we finally received them, the bottom sheet was missing.

Booking a room on the platform was too difficult for checking in. The pool water was green! Pulmonary hypertension…(pH)… That was part of the booking a room.

I avoided leaving my room for meals because I feared getting lost again, so I bought a frozen pizza to heat in the room microwave.
