Kingston TOP 10 Holiday Park offers motel rooms and historic cottages on the main highway between Queenstown and Te Anau/Milford Sound. Motel rooms feature kitchenettes, flat-screen TVs, and some have private spa baths. Guests access a communal kitchen, free BBQ area, and coin-operated laundry. The park is opposite the Kingston Corner Shop and Cafe, near Kingston Golf Course and Lake Wakatipu.

Convenient to a local store, playground, and railway station. Nothing else to mention.

Jamie greeted us warmly and was very friendly. The beds were comfortable, and the communal kitchen was impeccably stocked, clean, and user‑friendly. The lake is just a short walk away.

The staff were incredibly helpful, the location was wonderful, and it’s ideal for families with children. Some kitchen utensils were broken and unusable.

This accommodation is great value for money in a great location. Check in was easy and the staff were great. The bed was very comfortable and the linen was of high quality. Nothing but would have liked a small jug/ kettle in the cabin to be able to make a hot drink without having to go over to the kitchen block. However would definitely stay again
