This was our favourite stay in Peru so far. Flawless hospitality from Gil and Maruja, they help you with everything. We opted to eat dinner and breakfast everyday during our 5 day stay and it was always delicious and healthy. Hot water, strong WiFi and clean and comfortable rooms. We couldn’t ask for better

Definitely the best place we stayed during our whole trip to Peru! We came to this region for trekking and climbing in the Cordillera Blanca. After a night bus, we were able to check in early at 8 AM for free, which was a total lifesaver. When we left for a 3-day trek, the hosts—Maruja and Gilf—stored our bags with zero hassle. The included breakfast is delicious, and for 25 soles you can get a home-cooked dinner complete with dessert. Maruja and Gilf are local mountaineers and just overall wonderful people. Gilf is a guide, so he happily gave us great recommendations and insider tips. On the top floor of the hostel, they even have a small bouldering gym they gladly let us use, and they rented us gear to go climbing in Los Olivos. The people running this place truly have huge hearts. I'm writing this review genuinely touched by their incredible warmth and hospitality. The rooms are clean and serviced daily. It’s warm, and the water is hot. An absolutely fantastic place!!!
