The hotel is excellent, with great value for money. All the staff are very kind and make you feel at home. The breakfast is delicious and one of the best experiences at the hotel. The hotel needs to invest in acoustic insulation for the windows of the rooms that face the parking lot; because it’s in a very central location, the noise from some vehicles can be a bit annoying, especially at night.

Breakfast is tasty, varied, and the female staff are attentive. The hotel is well located, very central, close to everything. Lately, when I go to Quixadá, I choose to stay there because of the price, great value for money, and the service. The internet is also fast. I think the hotel would need electric showers in the bathrooms; Quixadá is hot, but on the day I went, the shower water was cold and I’m sensitive to cold. Overall, the hotel matches the three‑star rating.

The receptionist Bia is very pleasant and super helpful. The staff are attentive, and breakfast is plentiful with everything fresh. The shower water is weak; I’m from Rio de Janeiro and like to take a hot shower.
