This hotel’s location is hard to beat if you’re heading to Salento or Filandia – it’s right next to two malls, a hospital, and a bustling avenue full of shops. Service was solid, though the breakfast could use a little upgrade. Apart from that, everything else was spot on.

The staff were warm and the rooms felt comfortable, which I appreciated after a long day. The only thing that could be better is the smell in the rooms; they tend to hold onto a stale odor from being closed up, so a quick airing out before guests arrive would help. It wasn’t overwhelming, just a minor annoyance.

The place was spotless, which made me feel at ease the whole time I was there. The only downside was that they didn’t provide any coffee, which was a bit disappointing for a morning routine. Otherwise, clean and simple.

For the price, the service and facilities were surprisingly good – you get a lot more than you’d expect at this rate. Nothing major to complain about, just a solid value overall.
