Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The staff, especially at reception, were very friendly. The pool, however, felt tiring and uncomfortable because the open area was too hot; it would help if they improved the pool’s atmosphere so guests could enjoy the view and the water.

Good. Good

I enjoyed the pool, which was indoors so there was no glare from the sun. The rooms were comfortable, though a bit outdated. Service was excellent, and Gloria at the front desk was especially helpful—no surprise, as I received the same treatment at Centara in the city. It’s a good value for money hotel.

The staff were very nice and helped us with everything, even offering to take our luggage to the airport the night before our flight, which was very handy. The rooms were large, the ventilation was always on because it was hot outside, the cleaners cleaned daily, and the food was good, so no regrets 🤗. The swimming pool didn’t live up to expectations; after swimming once there was almost nothing to hold onto if I wanted to pause, and it looked nicer in the photos than it did in person.
