The location wasn’t too bad, but it was a rip‑off! I run small group tours and booked one room for one person instead of two, expecting an extra fee, yet they charged 200 000 VND while the extra person cost only 50 000 VND. The staff didn’t speak English, and my limited Vietnamese made it hard to argue, so I won’t book here again. There are plenty of other hotels within 50 m!

The place is well connected to boat tours, and the reception can help you find anything you need; the pho soup was amazing and the helpful lady looked after us all the time, and the place was super clean.

The owner was incredibly helpful, staying up until 4 am to welcome us and arranging a boat trip for us, making us feel well cared for throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the area had very few options; most restaurants were either closed or empty.
