The transport links were good and the hotel was close to Leiden’s city centre, but the room faced a heavily trafficked motorway. That’s fine if the window is closed, yet guests who like an open window should definitely choose a room on the other side.

The room was gorgeous, with a large bed, mini fridge, kettle for coffee and tea, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, and air‑conditioning that let me set the temperature. I could see a busy road from the window, yet there was no noise. The room, however, was too dark because of insufficient lighting.

Die Lage zum Bio Science Park und zur Universität. alles gut, aber unentgeltliche Gegenstände wie Wattestäbchen, Wattepads haben uns gefehlt. Der Fernseher hat nicht wirklich gut funktioniert!

Lovely and spacious comfy bed nice bathrooms. Our kettle didn't work, told reception, went to make a cup of tea the next morning hadn't been replaced
