Because I wanted privacy, I had to share the bathroom with other tenants. The bathrooms and the rooms should be private, not shared.

The staff were very kind and helpful. The bed was uncomfortable (one of the two leaned to one side and the other sagged in the middle). The bathroom wasn’t clean, smelled of urine, and the floor was dirty. It was poorly sound‑proofed; ask for a room that doesn’t face the street directly.
