The location is good and parking is right outside the door. The room smelled like dog and wasn’t fresh. The bed creaked a lot. The price was too high for what you get.

The sheets were clean. The overall smell was terrible, the rugs had weird stains, and the cleanliness was lacking (except for the sheets, which were fine). It smelled like old carpet and outside cigarette smoke.

The experience was horrible. It was overpriced. The freezer in the mini fridge didn’t work, the toilet kept backing up, the owner came to fix it but didn’t actually fix it. It was bad all around.

“Nice spot close to Collingwood”

I like the location away from the main part of town but close enough to walk if you want to. There is a beach nearby so that is nice. The building is old but well‑kept and clean. I can’t ask for more than that. It was super quiet here during the night, which is a very good thing. The carpeting is a problem; we have allergies to dust so carpeting is never a good thing, even though it looked clean.

“Disappointed”

The TV was fine. The room had a bad odor, moldy or old woody smell. I was not impressed. There was no counter space in the bathroom. The small lamp in the room didn’t work.
