It looked exactly like the photos, was super clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed; the TV just wouldn’t turn on, probably a minor glitch, but we didn’t ask for it to be fixed.

The room was spotless and got cleaned daily even though we were self‑catering; the welcome was very friendly and the staff were very helpful. We were stuck in foggy, damp‑cold weather, which the hotel can’t blame, but an air‑conditioner would have helped with the dehumidifying.
