The hotel is very complete. Besides the facilities (the pool is great), what stands out is the friendliness and service of the staff, truly exceptional. The restaurants are comfortable, modern and the food is excellent. In my view the breakfast should be a buffet, not à la carte, to avoid waiting so long, but the dishes and products are of very good quality. The rest is very good in terms of beds and cooling. One thing to note is that all of Yucatan is a place (and July a month) with too much humidity and very hot, maybe not the best time to travel. But that doesn’t have to do with the hotel – except that sometimes the bad odor generated in the room by that excess humidity (the floor and mirrors get damp) – I only mention it because if I repeat my stay in Cancun‑Isla Mujeres, I would go in another month. The only downside, in my opinion, is its location, a bit far from Playa Norte and the island center. But the island isn’t big and you can get around quickly by taxi.

The spot is great, and the poolside bar service is outstanding, though the place feels a bit old‑fashioned because it’s still being renovated.

The pool and the bedding were good, but the hotel was under construction, a drill started early in the morning, the rate was quite high, some staff seemed a bit cold, and there was a damp smell in the room.
