The location is amazing, surrounded by nature and just a short drive from Düsseldorf, Ratingen, Mettmann, or Erkrath.
The room was huge, clean, and super quiet, which was amazing.
The room was a good size, and it was great that I could let my dog out at the back of the property.
The staff here are really friendly and welcoming - that's definitely a highlight.

The place itself is fine. The staff, reservation handling, email check‑in, contradictory information between Booking and the hotel, and the management’s bad faith are all problems.

Very nice, quiet location. Parking is in front of the building. The accommodation is simple but well maintained, and the breakfast is good.

It’s in a nice quiet spot, a pleasant 5‑minute walk to public transport. The room is decently sized with a comfortable bed. Flies, fly’s, and more flies. There are no screens on the windows, so if you open them you’ll get bugs. I booked a double room with breakfast, but when I arrived for breakfast the next morning I was told I hadn’t booked “that package” even though I sent screenshots, so I’m not sure if it was an issue or a hotel issue.
