I stayed here for a few days on a business trip and had a really good experience. The location is very convenient, and it was quiet at night, so I slept well. The staff were all very kind, especially the young man at the front desk. His English is excellent, and he was so friendly in helping us with directions around the area. Overall, a well‑deserved 5 stars!

The location and staff were good. Construction in front of the sidewalk made things a bit tricky but manageable.

Staff were very attentive and polite, quite helpful. Rooms were very clean, though the bed felt a bit hard. Only downside was the location.

No me gustó la estancia. El hotel apaga el aire acondicionado todo el tiempo. Tuve que llamar 3 veces al día a recepción para que lo encendieran. Me parece una falta de respeto como huésped, sobre todo tratándose de un hotel de 5 estrellas. Quien debe decidir si el aire acondicionado está encendido o no es el huésped, no recepción. El lugar es extremadamente ruidoso porque está frente a una avenida muy transitada
