샤워실 용수공급 부실, 디지털 시대에 맞지 않는 방문 시건 장치, 에어컨 부재 및 선풍기도 풍속조절 불가한 구형 TV도 구형. 냉장고는 모터 소음이 굉장히 심함.전반적으로 시설에 대한 재투자가 이루어지지 않는 숙소였음 비용에 비해 전반적으로 사용자 만족도가 낮음. 부킹.컴에서 소개한 숙소도 믿을수 없었음. 결론은 가격은 호텔수준인데 시설은 민박집 수준
“Maravilloso Lugar!”
The facilities are beautiful, fitting the colonial architecture of the town, and the location is excellent. Breakfast was spectacular! The bed was very comfortable, the room spacious, and the cleanliness impeccable. Fanny, who attended us, was very kind and warm, handled all our concerns, and stayed very attentive. We were very happy to choose them, recommend them, and will definitely return.

The hotel staff were exceptional, friendly, attentive, and made you feel very welcome during your stay. Breakfast offered wonderful, high‑quality options. No negative points.
The architecture of the place is nice. Several issues happened: we went out for dinner and returned at 11 pm, there was no staff, the hotel was closed, and we waited almost 45 minutes outside with no response. They promise a hotel parking lot but none exists. The bell tower keeps ringing, so staying late isn’t possible.
