The staff at the Pharoahs hotel were very helpful, the breakfast staff were friendly, and the porters and front desk were very professional; we double‑booked our room by mistake and were offered a refund when they realised it was a genuine error, with no argument at all—such goodwill and honesty is rare, and we were very impressed. Everything was as expected for what we paid, the location is great, and the staff are friendly, giving us advice to ensure we had a great stay.
