I liked the location, but I didn’t like the upstairs area, yes, but…

My TV didn’t seem to work, and my shower started squeaking after a minute and wouldn’t stop. There was no apple juice at breakfast, and my bed was labeled a queen but felt like a full.

The location was fine, but the cleanliness was lacking; I reported it to the manager and received only excuses, a credit offer that was later withdrawn after I left. I won’t return and will instead use Red Roof, which I was told is new, has good staff, is convenient, and very clean.

The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean, but the restaurants were a walking distance away.
