“Davvero una piacevole sorpresa”
The quadruple room we stayed in was fairly spacious, bright and comfortable, and the walk‑in wardrobe was adorable. Breakfast was delicious for a two‑star place, offering a good mix of sweet and savory items, and the breakfast area itself was light, clean and well organized.
The staff were very helpful, the room was clean, and the location gave us easy access to the city. Everything was good.
“Excellent hotel for the price in a great location.”
This charming little hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the Arena in the heart of Verona, making it perfect for catching the Opera in summer. The room was nice, clean, and had air conditioning, and the window shutters let you block out morning light if you prefer darkness. Breakfast was a typical continental spread and I thought it was very good. The staff were all very courteous, helpful, and easy to talk to. The hotel lacks many extra facilities—there’s no restaurant or bar, but that was fine when I booked—yet along the road you’ll find at least five restaurants that all serve excellent food and drink. A phenomenal gelateria is about a two‑minute walk away. If you want to explore Verona, it’s great; the bus and train station is a few minutes' walk, and the buses from there go directly to the airport in about 20 minutes.
The rooms were nice and clean, and the balcony was a bonus. Nothing else.
“Would highly recommend.”
